2016 Australian Crafts Tour
Update:2016-03-15

It is an indisputable fact that Australians like to drink beer. In the past decade, local consumers have become more and more fond of some niche and unique beer, and they are increasingly demanding the quality of wine. The Australian craft beer has grown from scratch to the current state of rapid development, indicating that craft beer can be said to be a rising star in the Australian beer industry and emerging from the old-fashioned beer depression.

HGM visited the Australian craft market again in March 2016 with the aim of exploring the secrets of Australian craftsmanship and exploring the potential of the current Australian craft market. From Perth, on the west coast of Australia, to the East Coast of Sydney, you can really feel the rapid development of Australian craft beer within ten years.

Feeling:

- German beer adheres to tradition and tops the malt process;

- American craftsmanship insists on innovation and achieves the ultimate in hops;

- Belgian beer adheres to yeast specialty and gradually integrates American hops to cater to new trends;

- Tasting a lot of Australian native spices, it feels very bad. It has found balance and neutrality in European traditional beer and American crafts, especially in the fruity fragrance.

During the visit, we also visited the customer-4PINES Brewery, an internationally acclaimed and award-winning brewery that is very experienced and influential in Australia. HGM visited their 5HL beer house and 50HL brewery, and interviewed the boss & winemaker to discuss cooperation and equipment usage. 4PINES began to use HGM equipment in 2008 to the large tanks that have just been purchased. The overall operation of the equipment was ideal, and in-depth talks and preliminary intentions were reached for the next phase of cooperation and planning. HGM  like to keep in touch and discuss with professional leaders like 4PINES, making progress in learning and innovating in the lead.

HGM always pay attention to customer-oriented research and development, while striving to make the products more usable, reliable, energy-saving and efficient while maintaining the advanced nature. The trip to Australia, whether in the market research or customer feedback feedback information, is full of rewards, worthwhile! We will sum up the harvest and sentiment of this trip, use our wisdom to better serve the Australian and world craft beer industry in constant innovation!
