The 2014 Asian Craft Beer Grand Prix and the 2014 Taipei Craft Beer Carnival were held in Taipei from 15th to 18th of May.

The Grand Prix and Carnival event was hosted by the Japan Craft Beer Association and co-organized by Taiwan Golden Sanmai.

On May 15-16, a beer competition was held at the Miramar store in Golden Samui, and more than 50 craft beer manufacturers from Asia participated in the competition.

On the 17th to 18th, a craft beer carnival was held at the Huashan Creative Park in Taipei. There are more than 200 varieties of craft beer for the public to taste.

Mr. Sun Guanghui, CEO of HGM , Mr. Dai Xiaoyong, Director of HGM Hugang Brewing Engineering Center, and Mr. Shen Wei, General Manager of Myrtle Craft Beer Health Industry under HGM, were invited to participate in the conference and are present at the conference. A wonderful speech was made at the end of the Beer Grand Prix.

The conference was very successful, and we sincerely feel that craft beer has been well received by the public. The development of craft beer in Asia will develop rapidly, especially in China, Japan, Vietnam and other markets.

Five participating manufacturers from China all received different medals, congratulations! Thanks also for their efforts in the development of craft beer.
